Supreme Investment Council
The Supreme Investment Council is the highest authority responsible for setting general policies and strategic incentive decisions. Its responsibilities include:
- Approving the joint investment framework
- Endorsing major or exceptional incentives
- Removing obstacles facing national projects
Ministry of Investment
The Ministry is responsible for:
- Formulating general investment policies
- Supervising the business environment and investment incentives
- Coordinating fully with economic entities, including Finance, Industry, Trade, and Planning
- Leading international investment promotion efforts
General Authority for Investment and Freezone
GAFI is the executive arm of the Ministry, responsible for:
- Managing free and investment zones
- Providing company incorporation services
- Implementing investment promotion programs
- Preparing the investment map and monitoring project implementation
